This is awesome bike for the price! Plenty of speed for cruising with traffic, solid build, amazing brakes. Headlight, tail light, brake light, turn signals on both the front and read, this is a safe bike to ride in the streets comfortably. Reaches 35-37mph on mostly flat ground but can get up to 40+mph downhill. I’ve gone a little over 20 miles on a single charge at full throttle with a little bit of battery to spare.
I was a little disappointed that the bike doesn’t come with a key. However, I did find out while playing with the settings menu, you can set a password that needs to be entered before the bike starts. Setting 19 will allow you to set/change the password so that your bike is a little more secure. I definitely still recommend a bike lock but with the password enabled, you can walk away from the bike and not have to worry about someone just riding away at full speed with it or draining your battery.
All in, this is an amazing bike for the price and you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking at the $500-$800 bikes, save up a little more and get this. If you’re looking at those $3000+ bikes, unless you are doing actual off-road riding/racing, save yourself the money and get this instead.
