I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago because I contacted support and they have me this link to purchase replacement parts. I thought it was a scam after I ordered them because I realized that the link was misspelled. That's what made me think it was a scam. It's just misspelled. Also, I tried contacting them after I made the purchase but it took 24 hours for them too reply and that's because they are in China therefore a different time zone. My apologies to the company.
