This bike arrived on 10/5/25. It was easy to follow the assembly instruction and the build took about 90 minutes. The ride is terrific: fast, stable, good battery life. The only issue was that the seat was coming apart when the metal met the padding. I sent them an email describing the problem (picture included) and they responded in less than 24 hours. They explained that the seat was back ordered but that they would get it to me as fast as they could. The seat arrived today and it is in perfect condition. It took quite a while but they did not forget about me. All in all the purchase and the customer service were very pleasant surprises. This bike is a great value.

Perfect e-bike for shorter women

I��m only 5��3�� and this 24�� bike is great for me. The step thru style makes it easy for me to get on. I��ve never had an e-bike and it��s been easy to learn to ride. It is much heavier than a regular bike. The headlight is so big and bright. Instructions are great with color photos to help. Negative: no instructions on how to use the directional lights or ��cruise control.�� I like that the handle bars are not straight. Cup/phone holder not included.
